Simple but nice rooms, lovely riverside location, wonderful view (for the riverside rooms, not for the backside ones), very quiet, lush garden. Will recommend to friends staying in Vang Vieng. Nice staff but could be a little more smiling.

The rooms are small, have no balcony, no TV, no telephone and only few a view on the river. Management was not customer serviced with regards to a refund policy due to the reservation mistake.
