overall, I had a nice stay. the big problem I had was with the staff. they were not friendly, never smiling and did not make me feel welcome. they were not rude, but simply did their work. especially when arriving it's always nice to have a smile from the reception desk. the receptionist was watching YouTube and it took him 30 seconds to notice I was there, waiting to check in. you need to tell your staff to smile and not to be in front of the computer when a guest is present and needs attention.

Fabulous service, no booking fee and the hotel was great! Loved the fact that you sent a reminder email with all the booking details a few days before to make sure everything was ready.

The location is brilliant right on the banks of the river with stunning views of the limestone mountains. There are free bikes to use albeit only 1 speed and not in tip top condition. It is nice in that it is on the edge of town but only a 5 minute bike ride to town so best of both worlds. The property is nice with sitting areas around each bungalow but the grounds could be much better with more vegetation and less gravel.

I found the website extremely helpful in that they replied to me pretty much straight away. My choice of accommodation was not available so 2 other alternatives were recommended which is why i chose the Ban Sabai Bungalows. What i wasn't told is that there is a building site right next door and the noise was terrible! We were in the bungalow right next to it and it was totally not acceptable which is why we had to move hotels.
