The staff were very happy to help with any local queries and to organise our onward journey for us.

I didn't really see any evidence one way or another - it was sort of an unemotional hotel - very little interaction between staff and guests, quiet and sort of a blase feel... but perhaps we missed seeing this b/c we were only there one night?
