This idyllic spot can be the starting point for a kayaking tour downriver to Vang Vieng, or just for a splash in the cool Nam Song. The Vang Vieng Ecolodge is around 6kms or 10 minutes drive north of Vang Vieng beside the village of Viengsamay.

Vang Vieng Ecolodge's riverside restaurant is an atmospheric breakfast spot with a superb view. Groups can lunch and dine here in comfort. A longhouse also offers budget accommodation in this beautiful spot. In the cool winter evenings a warm, blazing fire is lit.
