Nothing like website description. Rooms are old. Hot water from shower for 45 seconds. Internet would not work properly. Staff generally inexperienced and have no idea about customer relatioins

Unfortunately the whole hotel is quite dirty and therefore far too expensive. The staff does not care about it. It is very loud as well (smashing doors, construction site).
