"No wireless connection as advertised and published outside the guesthouse."
Ms. Ching Yian C. - Malaysia on 03/06/2010
"We stayed at the Saysong Riverside Bungalows which were not clean, the bed was broken and it was impossible to sleep there because of the loud noise coming from surrounding bars - this went on until at least 3am on the three nights we stayed. The bungalows are located down a dirt track and over a rickety bridge from the hotel - I wouldn't want to have to make this trip in the rain. There is construction going on and the place is a mess. There was rubbish in the garden in front of the bungalow including underpants and bottles. The view over the river from the balcony of the bungalow is beautiful but there are only rotten wooden dining chairs to sit on outside. Only 1 free bottle of water was provided per day. We stayed during Laos New Year and the office closed so we couldn't even buy water at the hotel and there was no one to help with queries. This place is grossly overpriced. We would never stay here again."

"Very wonderful bungalow located on the island of the Nam Song River. It has a great view of river and mountain from balcony and inside of bungalow. Especially, the sunset is splendid.
But a disappointing thing that it is to hear the noise from some of the bar nearby until midnight.
I am looking forward to going back again."
Mr. MASAKI K. - Japan on 22/02/2010
