Miss Ma La works at reception for Inthira Vang Vieng. Born and raised in Vang Vieng, Ma La loves the natural scenery of her home town and likes working in the tourism industry where she gets to meet different people every day.
Miss Ma La studied accounting at the Technic College in Vientiane before returning to Vang Vieng and has since worked in accounting and reception in the tourism industry.

The owners of Inthira Vang Vieng are concious about responsible tourism. They take care to save energy and water.
In addition, Inthira Vang Vieng employs local staff and sources all food locally. By doing so, the Villa contributes to the local economy and skill base. The staff are trained by an English teacher four times a week, this teacher is paid for by Inthira Vang Vieng. These English lessons are designed to develop their language skills and promote their career potential.
